Hi Everyone! It is time for the March 2012 contest with Sempio. Yay~~~ Wow, it is already the 3rd month of 2012; time really flies. Before long, spring will be here. I like the word “March” because I feel like it means spring is pending. LOL (Spring is my favorite season.) I hope everybody is doing great.

At the end of this video, I will announcement the 10 winners of the February 2012 contest. So stay tuned if you entered that contest. ๐
In February, I posted 2 recipes using Sempio products. One was dakgalbi using Sempio’s premade sauce.
The other one was Sempio’s vegetable and laver roll-up fritters using Sempio’s dried laver.
The sauce is very delicious and the dried laver is useful for various dishes such as kimbap, california rolls, lunar new year soup, and kimali.
So in our March contest, 10 lucky winners will each get 2 packs of Sempio’s premade dakgalbi sauce
and 50 sheets of Sempio dried laver.
To enter this event, you need to be subscribered to my new YouTube channel “Aeri’s Kitchen with Sempio.” This contest will be open to both USA and international residents. If you have difficulty finding Korean ingredients, this will be a really good chance for you to win some and try them in Korean cooking. If you are under 18 years old, please get permission from your parents or a gardian before you enter this event.
To enter the contest, please leave a comment below the contest video on my YouTube channel and tell me anything you want to say. This event will end March 26, 2012 at midnight EST. Hello Aeris! Anyonghaseyo! ๐
Aeris, I will be going to Korea in September, and I want to buy some Korean stuffs while I’m there.
I want to buy gochujang(red pepper paste) that contain no alcohol as well as beef broth (since I’m a vegetarian) and taste good as well.
Can you help me by suggesting the product’s name? It really helpful if you have the picture though.
I have already search, but somehow, I found that there are gochujang that contain alcohol and also beef broth. It’s really hard because the ingredents are in Hangul.
It will be really wonderful if you can help me Aeris! ๐
Thanks in advance!
