Main Ingredients:
- 1 Pack Extra Soft Tofu (11 oz)
- 4 Sheets Dried Laver (8 x 9 Inches, ½ Cup)
- 3 Cups Water
- ¼ Cup Green Onion
- 1 tsp Red Hot Pepper
Seasoning Ingredients:
- 1 Tbsp Garlic, Minced
- 1 Tbsp Fish Sauce
- 1 tsp Sesame Oil
- ¼ tsp Salt
- 2 Pinches Black Pepper
Directions
Prepare 1 pack of extra soft tofu (11 oz). Cut the tofu into big chunks with a spoon.
Tear 4 sheets (½ cup) of dried laver into small pieces with your hands.
Add the dried laver to 3 cups of boiling water
along with the tofu.
Season the broth with 1 Tbsp of fish sauce and ¼ tsp of salt. Cook it for about 5 minutes on medium-high.
Meanwhile, finely chop ¼ cup of green onions, mince 1 Tbsp of garlic cloves, and thinly cut 1 tsp worth of a red hot pepper.
After 5 minutes, add all the chopped veggies and cook it 2 more minutes.
After 2 minutes, turn off the heat. Then, drizzle 1 tsp of sesame oil and add 2 pinches of salt for the final touch.
Serve this soup with rice, kimchi, and other side-dishes.
