Hi Everyone! Today I will make 2 different flavors of black bean ice-cream using chocolate syrup and Sempio’s drinking vinegar. At first, I was going to make a simple black bean drink like soy milk by grinding cooked black beans and adding milk or water to it. However, with my husband’s suggestion, I added some flavors to it, and at the end, I came up with these delicious homemade bean freezer-pop recipes. Today I will show you how to make heart-shaped hard boiled eggs. Sometime ago, I looked at different kinds of molds for hard boiled eggs. They looked pretty neat and I wondered if there was any way to make different shaped hard boiled eggs without using the molds. This is what I learnt from my search. With a piece of cardboard, a chopstick, and a couple rubber bands, you can make cute heart shaped hard boiled egg at home. I am very excited to share this with you. Last year around this time, I posted a summer noodle dish using soybeans. The recipe was very delicious and refreshing. Today, I will make almost the same dish, but this is a very simple shortcut version. Instead of cooking and blending soybeans, this recipe will blend tofu, some nuts, and milk together. Since tofu is made with soybeans, you will get a similar taste and texture. The nutty, milky soup, along with thin chewy noodles, makes a great dish. It doesn’t take long to make this refreshing summer dish. Try it someday. π

Today I will make another popular Korean street food using fresh strawberries. It is called “strawberry hard candy,” or “λΈκΈ° μ¬ν (DdalGi SaTang)” in Korean. All you need to do is simply melt white sugar and cover the strawberries with it. It can make great and unique party or snack food. In Korea, these are skewered like a kebab. I will show you an easier way to make it at home rather than the typical way you see it as street food.
