Hi aeri..
i learned alot about korean cuisine from your youtube channel. Thanks for your posting.
I wanna know about this yubu. I bought one from korean grocery store yesterday. The packaging is yellow and all written in korean.
can you help me, about the information about the nutriotion and calories in the yubu. I cant find it in google. All i know its high in calories, and you can reduce it by blench in hot water. Should i blench this yubu, you only said to squeeze out the water.
hi anna,
About your question, it will be depends on the brand you got. Can you take a picture of the yubu package you got and send me the pic? Then I can tell you the nutrition info. Send it to my google email… aeriskitchen.. thanks 🙂
Hi Aeri,
We bought this thinking it’s ready to serve. At home we found that the cooking instruction was covered with another able which is really hard to remove. After 30 minutes, we can only see a small part of the instructions. Stuck:-)
Anyway you can share the instructions?
Much appreciated.
Paul
Hi Paul,
I’m very sorry for the late reply. You basically.. squeeze out the seasoned soybean curd… and season your cooked rice with the seasonings.. (the dried ingredients and liquid..) then.. shape the rice in oval shapes.. then.. put each rice pieces into the seasoned soybean curd.. I will give you a link for the recipe.. http://www.aeriskitchen.com/2015/07/crab-stick-salad-yubu-chobap/
