Salted Mackerel

This is a special type of mackerel. It is already salted for frying. You can find it at a Korean or Asian grocery store.

This “Assi” brand salted mackerel had good flavor. As you see, one pack have three individually packed mackerel pieces, so you might be able to get more than one go from it.

  Side-dish (Fried mackerel)

  Keep in the freezer.
