It is event time again. Yay! There are many sincere followers on my blog. They read my posts, try my recipes, send me pictures of their food, and encourage me with kind comments, etc. I always appreciate my visitor friends and want to give thanks with this event. It will only be on aeriskitchen.com, and not YouTube this time.
Hi Everyone! Today, I want to introduce you to my mother-in-law, Diane, who will share Western recipes with you on Aeri’s Kitchen. She will post various American home recipes from appetizers to desserts in the Western Food category. As a reminder to our readers, you can subscribe or view each category independently if Western food does not interest you.
Hi Everyone! Did you notice any changes with my blog? Hehe … I am sure that you’ve noticed a difference. 😉 I know a lot of people liked my old theme, but we needed to make some changes for a better blog. The biggest change will be the design, which took a lot of time to create, making it more organized and pretty. I am happy about it. Another big change is that we added new categories/menus such as Western Food, Korean Lessons, and Ingredients. Some people may not be interested in the new additions, but don’t worry – you can subscribe to each category seperately, or you can bookmark the category that interests you.
I learn how to cook American food from my mother-in-law. I suggested that she share her great recipes with others through my blog. Thankfully, she is willing to do that with me. I’m very excited to share her delicious food with you. 🙂 Some of my friends might already know this – recently I started to post a series of Korean lesson videos on my YouTube channel. My blog will help supplement those videos. The ingredient section will show some of the ingredients from the recipes and their uses, storage techniques, health benefits, etc.
Right now, the Western Food and Korean Lessons categories have just been started, so they don’t have that many posts. However, we will continuously create new posts for them, so please wait for them. I hope you like these new changes from Aeri’s Kitchen. Thanks for reading.
See you soon again with a delicious recipe or cool Korean lesson.
Do you like beef jerky? I love it. Recently, a blogger sent me some Korean brand beef jerky. Robert launched this Korean beef jerky company, Artisan Snacks last year. Korean beef jerky in America, isn’t this exciting news? So, I am happy to share my new experience of tasting Korean brand beef jerky with you today.
As I mentioned briefly in my last post, today I will share another contest with you. Sempio is going to do a contest. It sounds like it will be a fun and easy thing to try. So I wanted to share this with you. Here are some details about the contest. I hope that you grab this opportunity and try to win. Good luck to everybody. 😀
Have you ever heard of the Korean food company named “Sempio?” It is one of the most popular and famous Korean food companies. They have a 60 year history, and they are especially well known for making good soy sauce. Why am I taking about this now? hehe .. Recently one of my Facebook friends asked me if I am interested in trying some Korean cooking products from her company, Sempio. Wow, the Sempio campany? Since I am like using their soy sauce, I said yes. My expectation was that she would send me several kinds of soy sauces. Then, oh my, they sent me not only soy sauces but also other cooking ingredients too. Thank you very much! The more surprising thing is that they make more than just soy sauce. I like their soy sauce, so I was excited to try their other products. Below are the products they sent me.
I decided to enter this “UCC Video Contest: “My Korean Food Recipe”. So I had to remake some parts of my heart shape fried egg video that I posted about 3 weeks ago. Please support me in this contest. 😀 I need your view for this video. hehe (They will count the views until April 30 and announce the winners. )Thank you very much. See you soon again with a new recipe.

I missed you so much. At last, my blog is working again. The past few weeks, we had problems with our hosting company. To make a long story short, we do not recommend Inmotion Hosting. I am sorry that we lost recent comments and e-mails. (Since all of your comments mean so much to me, I’m very sad about that.) However, I will take this situation positively – thanks to your support, my blog is growing. 😉 hehe Now it is time to post more new recipes again. Are you ready? YES, I AM. Thank you. 😀
