Is this product suitable for vegetarians or contain alcohol – pls mention when you describe other prepared Korean ingredients.

There are vegetarian ramyun in korea.. too.. just check the ingredients for the product.. I don’t think… ramyun has alchohol in it.. sorry for late reply.. thanks I will try to remember what you suggested..

If you could please, do a recipe for a vegetarian version of the spice blend in the flavor packets. I haven’t had Korean ramyun since I became a vegetarian (since it has beef stock,fish and shellfish in it)and I hear that people make spice blends in bulk and add a tablespoon to each serving of noodles. But I can’t find one anywhere for Korean ramyun 🙁

If you make ramyun at home.. It will not be as tasty as store bought..but I’m going to try it someday..I already got some requests for it.. vegetarian version will be more challenge to me to make it tasty though.. Thanks..
