- 4 Sheets Roasted Dried Laver (1 Cup)
- ¼ Cup Green Onions
- Some Perilla Oil

Seasoning Ingredients:
- 2 Tbsp Perilla Oil
- 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
- 2 tsp Fish Sauce
- 2 tsp Sugar
- ½ tsp Vinegar
Directions
Begin by preparing buckwheat noodles for 2 servings, along with ¼ cup of green onions and 4 sheets of dried laver.
Bring 8 cups of water to a boil and add 1 teaspoon of salt.
Cook the noodles in the boiling water for approximately 6 minutes over medium-high heat.
While the noodles cook, mix together the seasoning ingredients: 1 Tbsp of soy sauce, 2 tsp of fish sauce, 2 Tbsp of perilla oil, 2 tsp of sugar, and ½ tsp of vinegar in a bowl until the sugar dissolves.
Roast the dried laver in a heated pan until it turns slightly green.
Break the roasted laver into small pieces and finely chop the green onions.
Once the noodles are cooked, rinse them in cold water a couple of times
and drain well.
Add the drained noodles to the seasoning mixture and gently toss to coat evenly.
