Main Ingredients:
- 40 Pieces Oreo Cookies (1 lb)
- 2 Cups Heavy Whipping Cream (1 Pint)
- 1 Pack Cream Cheese (8 oz)
- ¼ Cup Sugar
Directions

Prepare a family-size package of Oreo cookies.

You will need about 40 Oreo cookies (approx. 1 lb) for this recipe.

Separate the white cream filling from about 35 Oreo cookies into a separate bowl.

Save 5 whole-cream cookies for decoration: cut 3 in half and 2 into quarters.

Place 8 oz (1 pack) of room-temperature cream cheese into a bowl along with the separated Oreo cream filling.

Mix the cream cheese and cream filling together using a spoon or spatula until smooth and soft.

Pour 2 cups of chilled heavy whipping cream into a stand mixer bowl with a whisk attachment. Start whipping on low speed, then gradually increase the speed.

Gradually add ¼ cup of granulated sugar while whipping the heavy cream on medium speed.

Add the softened cream cheese mixture into the whipped cream.

Gently fold the mixture using a spatula until fully combined into a smooth, light cream.

Arrange a layer of cream-removed Oreo cookies at the bottom of the dish, filling any open spaces with half-pieces. Then, spread an even layer of cream over the cookies.

Then, spread an even layer of cream over the cookies.

Repeat the same process by adding another layer of Oreo cookies and spreading the cream evenly on top.

For the final layer, spread the remaining cream mixture over the top and smooth out the surface. Then, use a butter knife to gently score lines on top to divide it into 6 equal portions.

You will have some Oreo cookies left over, and these will be used for decoration.

Place those cookies into a ziplock bag and crush them into fine crumbs using a rolling pin.

Gently press the reserved cookie halves and quarters into the center of each marked section, sprinkle the crushed Oreo crumbs evenly over the top, and lightly dust the entire cake with powdered sugar.

Cover the dish tightly with plastic wrap and freeze for at least 4 to 6 hours (or overnight) before serving. Enjoy!!
