american apple vinegar has totally different flavor from this korean apple vinegar..I will say.. just use clear vinegar american one (maybe you call white vinegar??) if you can’t get Korean vinegar..^^

I’m sorry I’m a little confused..Do you mean, if you can drink this vinegar my mixing some water? It is food ingredient, so if you can, you can. I’m just not sure if you will like the flavor to drink vinegar mixed with water. There is some vinegar drink in Korea… and they are more flavored with fruit, or other ingredients to make it like a drink. Anyway, my answer is.. if you want to drink, yes you can… just make sure that you mix it with enough water. thanks
