are korean pickled cucumbers the same as american pickles? I don’t have an asian market where I live and I can’t find a recipe for korean pickled cucumbers. Could you please give me a suggestion?

i think there are so many different kinds of pickled cucumber in America.. My husband tried Korean one to see if there is any similar American one..then he said.. there is no taste like that.. 😯 Someday I’m going to make the pickled cucumber at home.and post the recipe.. sorry for poor answer..
