Happy New Year! I hope that everybody is having wonderful New Year Day with family and relatives. Today, the winners will be announced!
First though, we have some good news. Sempio has generously offered to award more people the prize, so we will have twenty-one winners instead of ten! We thank Sempio for this great opportunity to try their products and share our experience with each other. Thirty-seven people entered this event. Thank you all for entering! I wanted to pick everybody, but at least over 1/2 of you will win. π
So without further ado, here are the winners:
For the 1st group, we picked the seven people who entered the contest first:
- tiffany
- sarah
- Ahleessa
- Emma
- Mike
- Brittany Renee
- caitlin
For the 2nd group, we picked seven people who had been large supporters of Aeri’s Kitchen throughout time with their comments and encouragement:
- Yun
- James
- Angie
- Bo
- Bennyrondo
- DD Haley
- Edvill82
For the 3rd group, we picked seven random people that were not listed in the first two groups:
- Caroline
- Annie
- Jamie Tamura
- Aimee
- Tea
- Kimbul
- Misuk
Congratulations to the 21 winners. I will contact the winners soon with more information. As we mentioned before, you have to live in the USA, and you agree to try and review your experience with YounDoo. I cannot wait to read your review. π
If you are not one of the winners, please don’t be disappointed. Hopefully, I will get more chances like this in the future so that you will have another chance again. π
Again, we are sorry that we could not extent this contest to our international audience. However, I always appreciate your support and I will make more delicious recipes that you can enjoy.
Thank you very much for your support so far. Your kind comments mean a lot to me. You give me more energy to keep up this work. I will try to share more recipes and Korean lessons in 2011. God bless you.

Hi Aeri!
I received my YounDoo a couple of days ago and have been dying to try it out. I finally decided to make some dukk-gook using oxtail. I normally make the stock but still have to add garlic, black pepper, soy sauce, sesame oil and 1 or 2 packets of the Savory Choice liquid beef broth concentrate. Instead, I used one part stock and 1 part water, salt, and added 2 TB of the YounDoo liquid seasoning. I added the dukk, 1 egg, the cooked beef and topped it off with some seaweed. It was simple and excellent. My family devoured it. I really liked the depth of flavor and the fact that it is natural- NO MSG. I was surprised that such a small amount of YounDoo went so far in taste. I’m anxious to make SoonDooBoo Stew tomorrow with YounDoo!! Thanks again. If I want to reorder, should I go through you or Sempio? My market HanAhRhem doesn’t have it.
Thanks again!!
Aimee

Good Evening Everyone,
I enjoyed using my YounDoo tonight to create a beef and veggie dish that was very hardy and flavorful. I marinated sliced beef in chili oil and YounDoo, then stir fried the beef with fresh onion, carrot, green pepper, garlic and zucchini squash, adding an additional splash of YounDoo at the end of the cooking process. Because we particularly like extra hot, spicy food, at the table, we added some additional Schezwan sauce and the dish was perfect! Thanks so much for the opportunity to try this tasty and useful product! I will post pics on facebook of our meal. Take Care Always, DD

I received mine yesterday so I started cooking right away. All I had on hand was stir fry. I added the sauce with the vegetables. I love the flavor it gave it. I can’t wait to try one of your recipes this weekend! Thank you so much!!!

I received the YounDoo and I’m sorry to say it was not my favorite. I put it on some plain white rice, a basic platform to taste it with, and I found it too sweet. I also had it with some fried rice and yes mixed with other ingredients it cut down on the sweetness but not much. I was expecting something different, more salty I guess? That’s probably one reason why I wasn’t a big fan. I’m going to try it again, though with what, I’m not sure yet.
