Today, I will show you a great way to pack a lunchbox for a family picnic using the bulgogi and ssamjang that I posted before. This three layer lunchbox is beautiful and will boost your appetite and give you a balanced meal with delicious flavors. It looks very fancy, but it is super easy to prepare, so it cannot get any better. 🙂 One layer is the bulgogi for the meat group. Rice, wrapped with lettuce and ssamjang (which is the seasoned soybean paste) gives you some grains and veggies. Lastly, the colorful rainbow fruit skewers makes for a nice and fresh dessert.
