This isn’t my normal fruit salad but this is good and easy to make. If you are in a hurry, this is a quick salad to make.

- 1 Cup Seedless Grapes, Halved
- 1 Cup Small Marshmallows
- 4 Cups Cool Whip
- 4 Tbsp Pineapple Juice
Directions
Combine 1 can of mandarin oranges (drained), 1 can of chunked pineapple (drained), 2 bananas (sliced), and 1 cup of seedless grapes (halved).
Add 1 cup of small marshmallows, 4 cups of Cool Whip, and 4 Tbsp pineapple juice.
Stir well and refrigerate for about an hour.
You could also add some maraschino cherries to add more color. You can substitute any fruit to your liking and it will still be good. I hope you enjoy it.

Oh we call this Ambrosia. SO good! My family also makes something called Glorified rice. Rice is cooked and cooled (not in the refrigerator, then add canned drained fruit (we put it them in the refrigerator to cool) , fresh fruit, and a lot of chilled whipped cream with a little sugar, and add a little bit of almond extract or vanilla. Mix everything together top with toasted slivered almonds, or other nuts you like just before serving. Good on a warm day, and a little bit more substantial. Now I must go and make some ambrosia! I haven’t had that in five years! 😯
Thank you for all your recipes! 🙂

We ate this fruit salad many week nights. Quick and yummy. Question, however: my daughter would not like it with marshmallows. Would it screw up the recipe if I took them out, altogether? ❓ ❓
