There are many fun and delicious ways to use dumpling wrappers. So, today I will show you how to make scrumptious cheese sticks using dumpling wrappers. You can just make simple ones, but you can also be creative and add some other ingredients to your cheese sticks. You do not have to deep fry at all during this process, and it still tastes awesome. So, let’s get started.

Main Ingredients:
- 9 Dumpling Wrappers
- 3 Cheese Strings
- 1 Bacon Strip
- ¾ tsp Green Hot Pepper
- ¾ tsp Red Hot Pepper
- 1 Generous Tbsp Cooking Oil
Directions
For this recipe, we need 9 pieces of dumpling wrappers. If you make ManDu (Korean dumplings) and have some leftover wrappers, it is a great way to use them up.
We also need 3 cheese strings. If you don’t have cheese strings, maybe you could use mozzarella cheese for an alternative.
Divide the cheese strings into 3 pieces each to get 9 pieces total.
Along with the plainly fried cheese sticks, I will also make bacon cheese sticks and hot pepper cheese sticks. So, cut the bacon into right size that you can roll one pice of the cheese stick.
Prepare about ¾ tsp each of a red hot pepper and a green hot pepper. Chop them into little pieces.
Mix all the peppers.
All the ingredients are prepared. Let’s put them together. Place one piece of the dumpling wrapper on a plate. Put some water all around the edge of the dumpling wrapper. This will help it to seal well later.
Put a piece of cheese piece on the dumpling wrapper.
Wrap the cheese piece with the dumpling wrapper. Fold the top and then both sides toward the center.
Put some more water onto the dumpling wrapper.
Then, roll the cheese stick to seal it tightly.
You can do the same process with other types of cheese sticks too. So, roll the cheese piece with the bacon.
Now, put the bacon rolled cheese piece on the dumpling wrapper.
And wrap it in the same way we did for the plain one.
For the last type, put the cheese piece and about ½ tsp of hot pepper mix on the dumpling wrapper.
Again, wrap it in the same way we did for the plain one. Make rest of the cheese sticks, 3 each of plain, bacon, and hot pepper cheese sticks.
On a heated pan with 1 generous Tbsp of cooking oil, put all the cheese sticks and fry them for about 5 minutes on medium-high.
Every now and then, roll the pieces to fry all the other sides until they become golden brown.
You can serve these cheese sticks with marinara sauce, ketchup, or honey mustard sauce. However, my family just loved them so much even without any dipping sauce. This can be a quick, easy, and tasty snack for kids. Please try this recipe someday.
