
Hi everyone – long time no see. 🙂 Today, I will share a fun and delicious recipe using lotus root and beef with you. I’m not a big fan of “healthy” lotus root, however, lotus root jeon can be an exception. I love the chewy and crunchy texture of the lotus root’s outside and savory flavored soft beef patty inside. I think it is an interesting combination of texture and flavor that you need to try someday. As you see, it looks pretty and fancy, so it can be a good choice for special guests.
