Do you like Korean BBQ such as bulgogi? You can make many different kinds of food with bulgogi or bulgogi sauce. This bulgogi sandwich is one of the popular fusion foods in Korea. It is great to combine the Korean flavor with Western food. If you have left over bulgogi, you can just use it instead of making the bulgogi below. Depending on your taste, you can adjust the amount of soy sauce or sugar. I hope you like this recipe. 🙂

Video Instructions
Main Ingredients
- 1½ Cup Beef (10 oz)
- 8 Pieces of Sandwich Bread
- 1 Large Tomato
- 4 Large Lettuce Leaves
- 1 Medium Onion
Bulgogi Sauce Ingredients
- 1½ Tbsp Soy Sauce
- ½ Tbsp Minced Garlic
- 1 Tbsp Finely Chopped Green Onion
- 2 Tbsp Asian Pear Juice
- 2 Tbsp Sugar
- ½ tsp Sesame Seeds
- ½ tsp Sesame Oil
- 2 Pinches Black Pepper
Directions
Cut 1½ cup of beef (10 oz) into thin strips.
In a bowl, combine all of the ingredients for the bulgogi sauce: 1½ Tbsp Soy Sauce, ½ Tbsp Minced Garlic, 1 Tbsp Finely Chopped Green Onion, 2 Tbsp Asian Pear Juice, 2 Tbs Sugar, ½ tsp Sesame Seeds, ½ tsp, 2 Pinches Black Pepper. You can use apple juice instead of pear juice if you don’t have it. Marinate it for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
In a heated pan, add the marinated beef and fry it on medium.
Meanwhile, prepare the vegetables. Slice the tomato and onion into ¼-inch pieces.
When the beef is completely cooked, it is done.
Spread some mayonnaise on both sides of the bread.
Place a lettuce leaf, 2-3 pieces of tomato and 3-4 pieces of onion on the bread.
Add some cooked beef on top of the vegetables.
It can be good food for a picnic. Try it someday. Thanks. 😉

Bulgogi or Kalbi make great sandwiches. Better than plain roast beef.
I want to try a sandwich with leftover BBQ spicy pork but we never have any left over.
