Cooking and eating is often featured in TV programs, and it has become popular in Korea for the past few years. If you are into Korean TV programs, you might be familiar with the show “Happy Together” (Late Night Cafeteria). Korean celebrities come on the show as guests and share their own recipes. Judges try the dishes and pick a winner. There were many interesting dishes that you never see in restaurants, or even at home. In one episode, I saw this bibim mali made by Im SeulOng (2AM member). Since he used one of my favorite Korean instant noodles, bibimmyeon as the main ingredient, it immediately caught my eyes. I had to try it, and I did. 🙂 As the judges in the show loved it, I loved it too. I’m excited to share this recipe with you. The sweet, spicy, and slightly sour noodles rolled in the dried laver makes a wonderful finger food. You should try this simple, fun, and delicious recipe someday.
